Rates:
$275 for initial 50 minute consultation
$255 for 45-50 minute psychotherapy sessions (depending on treatment approach)
$140 for 20-30 minute medication evaluation sessions (depending on treatment approach)
$275 for 50 minute couples sessions
Insurance
My practice is on a "fee for service" basis and I do not file insurance, nor am I on any insurance panel for payment. You may file my statements with your insurance (except Medicare/Medicaid and supplimental insurances) and receive some "non panel provider" coverage for my services. I do not have any relationship with Medicare or Medicaid and my billing may not be filed with them for payment of any kind.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
